FIX8Group were brought in to design and produce this event. The Braveheart Conference is an annual, national Christian women’s gathering held at ACC Liverpool (KingsDock) in May, bringing together women from diverse backgrounds to celebrate and ignite their faith. Featuring inspiring keynote speakers, led by founder Pastor Emma Bryant, and engaging sessions of worship, prayer, and community, the event’s 2025 theme “Dare to Dream” championed self-worth and purpose.
Solution
For the Braveheart Conference at ACC Liverpool, FIX8Group delivered a fully integrated production solution that brought the event's vision to life. Working closely with Dave and Oili from Liverpool One Church and Liverpool One Church’s dedicated volunteers, our team designed and executed every element of the experience from immersive lighting to precision audio and video systems, all tailored to amplify the energy and emotion of the conference.
Lighting Design – Versatile moving heads, LED washes, and profiles with precision cueing for smooth transitions and strong visual focus.
Production Design – Cohesive stage and scenic design aligned with the “Dare to Dream” theme to enhance audience engagement.
Audio Control – Crystal-clear sound across FOH, monitors, and transitions, supporting both live worship and keynote moments.
Video Design – Large-format LED walls and multi-cam systems for impactful storytelling and real-time IMAG.
Volunteer Collaboration – Technical training and on-site support for a smooth, team-driven delivery.
Conclusion
The event was a strong success, with the stage design and well-executed technical package contributing significantly to audience engagement throughout the conference. It’s a project our team values being part of each year and that commitment is reflected in the delivery.
