CLIENT & NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are a vibrant, innovative, design and visual technology driven event production company with an end to end approach to delivery. Involved with major brands within corporate events, conferences, music, Formula 1, technical development of new solutions and all-round production and event management. As a business we have delivered some of the largest scale events utilising technology and expertise in virtual, live or hybrid solutions.  

In the roles you will have the chance to increase your AV experience and demonstrate your depth of knowledge whilst being part of the team, creating and executing some amazing events.

This is a key, multi-faceted role, within the business where the development of new opportunities is as important as retention and management of existing ones. The ideal candidate will focus on solutions, collaboration and exploring the boundaries of technology whilst presenting inspiring solutions to a clients' challenges. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear track record of achieving sales targets. Leading personal drivers will be self-motivation, organisation, great collaboration skills, commercial sensibility and an entrepreneurial streak. 

A background in the live events sector and more recently, virtual and hybrid solutions will be imperative for the successful manner in which the candidate is required to hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment, reacting quickly and undertaking tasks in an efficient manner. Ideally working in a similar role with a significant number of client contacts. 

A cool headed approach, high pressure tolerance and passion are key characteristics of the post holder. Along with a proactive mindset and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables and stakeholders simultaneously towards deadlines. Self-motivation, organisation and a willingness to work hard for a team in achieving an end goal are essential.
