The role we are recruiting for is Business Development Manager.

The role is part of the senior leadership team and reports to the Managing Director with the key focus  around sales growth via new clients. The successful candidate will work with the Management team to design, implement and deliver the FIX8Group sales plan. They will take responsibility for the sales pipeline of FIX8Group – mapping the market, recognising new opportunities, generating leads, developing and presenting proposals and winning new business.

Our Business Development Manager will need to show an understanding of the event market and full-scale event delivery including knowledge of the spectrum of current visual technology and its opportunities in order to offer the best solutions to our clients. As a part of developing a sales function, FIX8Group have identified the need to improve the company’s client relationship management system and the Business Development Manager would be involved in driving this.

This is a stand-alone proactive sales position, responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear track record of achieving sales targets. Leading personal drivers will be self-motivation, organisation, great collaboration skills, commercial sensibility and an entrepreneurial streak.

We want someone who will proactively follow through sales leads, focusing on new business customer engagement in the variety of fields in which we operate, representing the various internal brands which we have developed.

For the right person to join the team, the overall remuneration package is negotiable and commensurate with proven experience, with an expectation of a basic of up to £45K + uncapped commission based on delivery + first class benefits.
